Punch Drunk

So, my wonderful boyfriend took me to see Wicked, my favorite musical, last might. When I got home I decided I wanted to make a black dress with green leggings. I have no idea how Wicked inspired that, but it totally did. Since so many people seemed to love the sequin tank from the Rock Star outfit, I decided to use that as a base for the new dress and name it Glam Rock.

Glam Rock is a slinky black sequin dress with metallic leggings. Since not everyone likes green, I also included gold, red and blue. The outfit comes on all layers so you can mix and match it to give it your own flair. As always, everything is modifiable so you can color it even more if you like.

Rock star is a multi-layered outfit that can be mixed and matched and is perfect for parties. Layer 1 is my favorite RL sequin tank top. On top of that is a great 1-shouldered screenprinted jerseyknit top. The skirt is made of a shiny black chiffon with beaded detailing. The finishing touch is fishnets on both the socks and underpant layers.

Because I was trying to get a ’silver/chiffony’ look to the skirt, the prims are a bit lighter than the skirt, but are tintable–just like the rest of the outfit. The underwear layer of the fishnets are highwaisted incase you want to cover the little slice of tummy that shows. Hope you like it as much as I liked making it! Party like a rock star!
