Vacation Time!!

Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans! Also, a quick annoucement:

I’m going on vacation to Cali from July 5-14. If you have an problems or want to get ahold of me, please drop me a notecard with your full name and the transaction record (if nessesary) because my IM’s WILL CAP. I’ll be without SL access while I’m gone, so I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can once I get back into town.

The mainstore will be opening on my return, so that’ll be a grand time :) There will be a ton of new designs! If you’re in my update group, you’ll get to shop early!

See you when I get back,

Mother’s Day Rose Hunt

Punch Drunk is participating in the Retrology Mother’s Day Rose Hunt! Over 20 designers from Retrology have put a specially-made freebie inside a rose and hidden it in the sim. There’s also going to be a huge party with Jhuzen DJ’ing (always fun!), as well as prizes and even more give-aways. It starts at 11AM SLT on Sunday at the Retrology Square, so check it out and get your new Punch Drunk freebie.

Retrology

I’m also almost done with the main store, which will be in Mischief Cove. There’s a ton of new releases that will be coming with the grand opening, so I hope to see you there when it opens!

Two New! Made Girl and Nerdcore

Two new outfits this week at Punch Drunk!

Made Girl is for mafiosas or just those who like to carry guns in their garters. It featured a tunic-length tuxedo top with satin ruffles and pearl buttons. Made Girl also comes with pinstripe leggings, although it also looks great with jeans.

Nerdcore is perfect for showing off your girly, nerdy side. It features screenprinted graphics and the sweatervest is totally something you’d pull out of your grandma’s attic.

They’re up at all Punch Drunk locations. Enjoy!

Milla

There’s a new dress at Punch Drunk-and this one’s inspired and named after the creative force behind the MichaMi Style Blog, Milla Michinaga.

Milla is red chiffon 20’s-esque dress that’s perfect for dancing the night away.

The pieced chiffon is flexi, so it looks super-cool when you’re doing the Charlston (or the booty dance of your choice) and the seamed fishnet thigh-highs look great with anything. Wear this when you want to party like it’s 1929!

Juno

I made a new dress! Juno is a cotton knit tunic dress with a leg band and a keyhole back. It’s orange and gray-striped with orange inserts on the sides, convex trim and green be-ribboned leggings. It’s perfect for when you want to let your ‘inner weird girl’ out to play.

It was inspired by the movie poster and main character in Juno, which is totally my favorite movie of 2007.

Check it out and shine on, crazy daisies!

Subtle

Wow, we’re cranking out new outfits like crazy! I’ve finally got a bit of free time to make all the stuff I’ve always wanted to.

It has a lovely cream cashmere sweater with sculpted sleeves, a box-pleated green tweed skirt with contrasting satin ribbon and teal tights. In addition to all that, you get a free sculpted bucket hat from [CRAP] so you can work on bringin’ sexy back all on your own.

It was inspired by film noir detectives, who always managed to make tweed look cool and wear their hats at jaunty angles. It’s perfect for when you need to appear classily sophisticated, yet unobtrusive.

This is also Punch Drunk’s first release to feature sculpties! Seriously, those things almost killed me.

Hope you like it!

Glam Rock in Technicolor

Sorry I’m just getting around to posting this. Holidays have been stressful this year! Soooo many people asked, so I recolored the Glam Rock dress. Now you have an array to choose from as opposed to simply black. These recolors are the same price and come on all layers with the same colors of leggings as the original version. I’ve decided to turn the “rock” dresses into a series, so If you have any fun ideas let me know. If your idea gets taken, you get to model the new dress in the ads and posters in addition to a fun $L prize!

Pick it up in Mischief Cove: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Mischief/197/172/23/

Glam Rock

So, my wonderful boyfriend took me to see Wicked, my favorite musical, last might. When I got home I decided I wanted to make a black dress with green leggings. I have no idea how Wicked inspired that, but it totally did. Since so many people seemed to love the sequin tank from the Rock Star outfit, I decided to use that as a base for the new dress and name it Glam Rock.

Glam Rock is a slinky black sequin dress with metallic leggings. Since not everyone likes green, I also included gold, red and blue. The outfit comes on all layers so you can mix and match it to give it your own flair. As always, everything is modifiable so you can color it even more if you like.

Enjoy!
